Our factory
Our company operates within its own production and operational premises, covering a total area of 3,700 m². Manufacturing is concentrated in a two-storey, insulated and heated hall spanning approximately 1,000 m².
The use of cutting-edge technologies, machinery, and equipment in the design and manufacture of industrial shredders has been a cornerstone of the company’s success throughout its more than 25-years history. This technical foundation—combined with the exceptional creative commitment of our owners—enables us to achieve labour productivity comparable to the most advanced manufacturing companies both domestically and internationally.
Our CAD/CAM production capabilities include:
- Two engineering workstations equipped with the SolidWorks 3D CAD system
- CAM software for automatic generation of machine programmes based on 3D CAD models
- CNC 4-axis machining centre: AWEA BM-1200
- CNC lathe: PUMA3100
- CNC plasma cutting machine: MCCompact 3001.15Pu with Kjellberg HiFocus 161i neo plasma source
- CNC press brake: DURMA AD-Servo 25100 with Delem DA-69T CAM interface
In addition to CNC systems, our parts production area includes conventional machinery such as: semi-automated magnetic plane grinder BRV 300/1500, lathe SN50A, drill VR4A, band saws Bomar STG230G and Bomar Workline 610.450DGH.
Welded structures are fabricated in a dedicated welding area equipped with high-efficiency fume extraction. We use MIG/MAG welding technology with the top-tier EWM Phoenix 355 Puls welding machine.
We are actively exploring the integration of 3D printing into both production support and manufacturing processes.
Final shredder assembly is carried out across two dedicated workstations, equipped with high-quality tools and branded electric hand tools.
