Our plant
Our company operates in its own production and operation area of 3700 m2. The production activity is concentrated in a two-storey insulated and heated hall with an area of approximately 1000 m2.
The use of the most progressive technologies, machines and equipment in the design process of industrial crushers, kinematic and mechanical groups and machine parts, and in the process of manufacturing components is the foundation on which the company’s more than 25 years of existence and its more than certain future are built. Thanks to this and the extreme creative commitment of the owners, the company achieves labour productivity comparable to the most advanced manufacturing companies at home and abroad.
The company’s CAD/CAM production relies on the following components:
- Two engineering graphics stations with SolidWorks 3D graphics system (CAD)
- Automatic machine code generation software for manufacturing machines (CAM)
- CNC machining centre 4-axis AWEA BM-1200
- CNC lathe PUMA3100
- CNC burning machine MCCompact 3001.15Pu with Kjellberg HIFocus 161i neo plasma source
- CNC press brake DURMA AD-Servo 25100 with CAM environment Delem DA-69T.
The parts production section is complemented by conventional machines: semi-automatic magnetic plane grinder BRV 300/1500, lathe SN50A, cantilever drill VR4A, band saw Bomar STG230G and band saw Bomar Workline 610.450DGH.
Welded structures are created on a welding workplace with a high quality and efficient extraction of welding gases. We weld with MIG/MAG technology using the top welding machine EWM Phoenix 355 Puls.
Attempts are underway to integrate 3D printers into production support processes and into manufacturing itself.
The assembly of the machines is carried out in two workplaces equipped with quality tools, various instruments and branded electric hand tools.
