The SG400 knife mill is one of the most advanced machines of its kind on the market in terms of design and construction. Its robust shredding chamber, assembled from four heavy-duty machined welded sections, not only ensures high operational reliability but also allows individual sections to be refurbished or repaired in the event of abrasive wear or damage caused by foreign objects entering the machine. The design of the knife mounting and fastening system, screen installation, hopper opening mechanism and knife adjustment system provides additional benefits for the operator. The electronic control system, which also enables the control of peripheral equipment, makes the SG400 a sophisticated solution for processing a wide range of materials.
